Synopsis:
EF Education First is recruiting Telesales Education Consultants - Native Swiss German, Austrian, German, French, Spanish, Italian and Dutch speakers
The Role
As a Telesales Education Consultant you will join a fast-moving team of international professionals based in our brand new European Telesales Center and you will be responsible for contacting and advising our European prospects, promoting our language programs abroad.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
• Providing language course advice via telephone
• Ensuring that all customer contacts are handled in a professional manner, in line with the brand and client, values and principles
• Promoting the EF Language Courses abroad & Englishtown brand awareness
• Using in-house systems to track leads and sales
• To consistently meet all individual and team sales targets

Requirements (All Candidates)
• Native speakers in Swiss German, Austrian, German, French, Spanish, Italian or Dutch.
• Fluent English
• A high school or relevant professional degree
• Excellent listening and speaking skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• A highly customer-focused nature, sales-oriented, with cultural awareness, proactive and a flexible attitude towards work
Requirements (Optional)
• Telesales or Customer Service experience a plus
Additional information
In order to liaise with airline partners or senior management this position will require occasional international travel.
